Lawrence Louis "Louie" Gramse Sr., a 37-year-old resident of Flint, Michigan, passed away on July 16, 2016. Born on February 28, 1979, in Flint, he was the son of Hershel Winbush and LaWanda Gramse-Riggs. Lawrence was a lifelong resident of Flint and was known for his humorous personality. He was affectionately nicknamed "Louie" or "Lou" by those close to him.
