In the summer of 2016, the Flint, Michigan community lost a beloved father, son, and friend. Lawrence Louis 'Louie' Gramse, a 37-year-old Black male, was fatally shot on Saturday, July 16, 2016. Known for his humorous personality, 'Louie' or 'Lou,' as he was affectionately called, was a lifelong resident of Flint, born on February 28, 1979.
