Jermaine Moore, a 35-year-old resident of Flint, Michigan, tragically lost his life on May 27, 2015. The incident occurred during a vigil near the intersection of Avenue A and East Witherbee Street. Flint Police Chief James Tolbert reported that the shooting stemmed from a dispute over a parking spot. Moore was found with a gunshot wound to the neck and was transported to a local hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.
