Osean Ham Lockett, a 19-year-old from Detroit, Michigan, was found dead on September 5, 2015. His body was discovered in a storm sewer by the Department of Public Works while they were cleaning storm drains. Lockett had been missing since July 8, 2015, and his mother, Brenda Burton, had been tirelessly searching for him. The Wayne County Medical Examiner's Office determined that Lockett died from multiple gunshot wounds, and his body was in a state of advanced decomposition when found.
