Tiffany Cook, a 27-year-old mother of three from Detroit, was tragically killed in a shooting incident in Highland Park, Michigan, on March 27, 2016. Cook was attending a birthday party at a social space on Woodward Avenue when the incident occurred. According to reports, the party, which had around 100 attendees, turned violent when two groups of men began pushing each other.
