On a tragic Easter Sunday in 2016, the life of a young mother was cut short in a senseless act of violence at a social club in Highland Park, Michigan. Tiffany Cook, a 27-year-old Black woman, was attending a birthday party with about 100 other people on March 27th when a dispute between two groups of men escalated.
