Do you know who killed William R. Higgins in 1988? In the early morning hours of November 8, 1988, Yuma police officers were dispatched to a residence at 968 South 1st Avenue following a report of a possible suicide. Upon their arrival at approximately 3:30 a.m., they discovered William Higgins, who had sustained a fatal gunshot wound. Investigators ultimately ruled his death a homicide.
