In the early morning hours of January 30, 2023, in Yuma, Arizona, the life of 35-year-old Luis Navarrete was tragically cut short by gun violence. The incident, which unfolded outside the Alement Bar in the downtown area, also claimed the life of another man, 41-year-old Francisco Lopez, in what became a double murder investigation. Navarrete, a Hispanic male, was remembered by friends and family as a loving son, brother, and father with a good spirit who was always smiling and a friend to all. ...
