In the early morning hours of March 30, 2016, the life of 25-year-old Tyrone O'Neal Anderson was tragically cut short in a targeted shooting in Muskegon Heights, Michigan. Anderson, a Black male, was driving his car northbound on Seaway Drive, near the intersection of Hoyt Street, at approximately 3:20 a.m. when the fatal attack occurred.
