Dequian Gillam, a 20-year-old resident of Flint, Michigan, tragically lost his life on April 9, 2016. According to available reports, Dequian was shot in the parking lot of a rental hall located in the Diplomat Plaza on Flushing Road in Flint Township. He was subsequently taken to Hurley Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead.
