Mark Covington Jr., a 25-year-old resident of Flint, Michigan, tragically lost his life on February 27, 2019. Covington was found dead in a residence located in the 900 block of West Moore Street. The Michigan State Police (MSP) were called to the scene, where they discovered Covington had been fatally shot. The incident took a dramatic turn when the house where Covington was found later caught fire. Authorities are investigating whether the fire was intentionally set.
