In the winter of 2017, the life of a young Flint man was tragically cut short. Rashameer Johnson, a 21-year-old Black male, was found deceased on Saturday, February 18, 2017. His body was discovered inside an apartment located at the Riverpark Apartments on the city's north side. The cause of his untimely death was determined to be from a shooting.
