Christopher David Howard, a 24-year-old male from Youngstown, OH, tragically lost his life on January 29, 2007. Howard was one of four individuals who were shot to death inside a vacant home on West Evergreen Avenue. The other victims included Anthony M. Crockett , Marvin E. Boone , and Danielle Parker . The killings were believed to be connected to a murder that occurred the previous year, involving Martwain Dill, who was ambushed in broad daylight.
