Nay Martinez, aged 27, tragically lost her life on July 9, 2016, in a double homicide in southwest Detroit. The incident occurred early in the morning when Nay Martinez and her friend, Martha Veronica Rodriguez Rios, were shot and killed outside a home. The suspect, Pablo Medina, who was Martha's estranged husband, was identified as the perpetrator. According to reports, Medina ambushed the women as they arrived at the residence, shooting them both in a brutal attack.
