Shauntel Lewis, a 34-year-old resident of Detroit, Michigan, tragically lost her life on March 22, 2022. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, around 12:54 a.m., when police were called to a residence in the 5000 block of Haverhill Street on Detroit's east side. Upon arrival, officers discovered Shauntel Lewis unresponsive in the basement of the home with a gunshot wound to her head. Medical officials pronounced her dead at the scene.
