Jamesha McWilliams, a 14-year-old girl from Detroit, Michigan, tragically lost her life on August 3, 2017, in a drive-by shooting. The incident occurred at her home on Waltham Street, located on Detroit's east side. Jamesha was inside her house when multiple shots were fired from a vehicle, striking her in the chest.
