Aja Booth, a 25-year-old female, was tragically killed in a seemingly random act of violence while she was at her brother's home in Detroit, Michigan. The incident occurred on the evening of October 3rd, when a single shot was fired through the kitchen window, striking her as she spent time with her brother, Lanardo Booth. At the time, they were simply talking, the everyday nature of the moment shattered by the sudden and fatal intrusion.
