Dominique Laurenz Simmons, a 29-year-old resident of Lansing, Michigan, tragically lost his life on February 11, 2017, following a shooting incident at the Kutt II barbershop located near the intersection of Kalamazoo and Shepard streets. The shooting occurred on a Saturday afternoon and also resulted in injuries to two other individuals: an 18-year-old Lansing resident and a 23-year-old Detroit resident, both of whom sustained non-life-threatening injuries.
