Kylete Nasir Owens, a 17-year-old resident of Lansing, Michigan, tragically lost his life on Monday, May 27, 2024, in a mass shooting incident near the downtown Lansing riverfront. The shooting occurred around 2:50 AM on the 300 block of River Front Drive, just outside of Lansing Shuffle.
