Louis Phillips, aged 28, tragically lost his life on April 8, 2017, in a shooting incident on Detroit's west side. The incident also claimed the life of his younger brother, Alex Stewart, aged 24. The brothers were visiting friends in their childhood neighborhood when a dispute escalated into violence. According to reports, the altercation involved a neighbor, and during the confrontation, a man emerged from another home and opened fire.
