On a spring evening in Detroit, Michigan, a visit to a childhood neighborhood ended in tragedy for two brothers. Louis Phillips, a 28-year-old man, was shot and killed on April 8, 2017. The violent encounter also claimed the life of his 24-year-old younger brother, Alex Stewart.
