In a grim episode that unfolded on a street in Northwest Baltimore, 38-year-old Stephen Sanders, a Black male, lost his life in what authorities would later describe as a calculated and brutal ambush. The events of March 25, 2020, not only cut short Sanders' life but also claimed the life of 54-year-old Dimarcus Waldo, a father of seven who was working as a driver-for-hire.
