In the spring of 2018, the life of 17-year-old Marcus Milkel Flanigan was cut tragically short in Battle Creek, Michigan. A male student at Battle Creek Central High School, he was looking forward to his upcoming prom, with plans already in motion to rent a limousine with his girlfriend.
