Breon Williams, a 27-year-old resident of Battle Creek, Michigan, tragically lost his life on August 9, 2015. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning near Walter Avenue and Hanover Street. Williams was standing and conversing with some individuals when a car drove by, and someone inside the vehicle fired multiple shots through the passenger-side window.
