Ahmir Tuli, an 18-year-old male tragically lost his life on February 21, 2021, in Pittsburgh, PA. Ahmir was shot and killed outside his mother's bar and grill, Preeti's Pit, in the Strip District. The incident occurred when Ahmir was helping his mother at the restaurant. The suspected shooter, Howard Hawkins, had been involved in an altercation inside the bar before the shooting. He was later arrested by U.S. Marshals in North Hollywood, California, and charged with homicide.
