Billy Neal Jr., a 43-year-old resident of Detroit, Michigan, tragically lost his life on August 12, 2018. Billy was shot and killed outside the Hangovers Lounge on Livernois Avenue while attempting to break up a fight. The incident occurred in front of a crowd of people, yet no one has come forward with information to help identify the shooter.
