Joshua Mejias, a 24-year-old male, was fatally shot on August 31, 2012, in Detroit, Michigan, outside Club Venus, an adult entertainment venue. The incident occurred on Michigan Avenue, and a suspect, identified as Sidney Rhone (also known as Edward Rhone), was implicated in the shooting. Rhone turned himself into the authorities on September 12, 2012, after a warrant was issued for his arrest.
