Timothy Blancher, a 20-year-old Black gay man, was tragically killed on May 25, 2019, in a shooting that took place at a home on Devonshire Road on Detroit's east side. The incident also resulted in the deaths of two of his friends, 21-year-old Alunte Davis, who was a gay man, and 20-year-old Paris Cameron, a transgender woman.
