In a tragic turn of events on a Tuesday afternoon in Detroit, a verbal dispute at the intersection of Florence and Forrer streets escalated into a fatal shooting, claiming the life of 65-year-old Anthony Duane Tyner. On January 10, 2023, at approximately 3:27 p.m., police responded to a report of a shooting and discovered Mr. Tyner lying face down on the sidewalk. He had sustained multiple gunshot wounds, and despite the arrival of medics, he was pronounced deceased at the scene.
