Ryan Nelson, a 21-year-old from Detroit, Michigan, tragically lost his life on November 30, 2018. He was visiting the New Russell Creative Center in Detroit with his cousin, Garrett Cornwell, when the incident occurred. Ryan died from multiple gunshot wounds, while Garrett was seriously injured but survived.
