On a cold December evening in 2018, Richard Harder, a 45-year-old male, was found dead in his home on Detroit's east side. The discovery was made at approximately 10 p.m. on December 17th. An investigation revealed that Harder had been fatally shot in the back of the head in what appeared to be an execution-style killing.
