William Hagen, a father of four, was found dead in July 2019 in Detroit, Michigan. His skeletal remains were discovered wrapped in a blanket in the backyard of a home on Livernois Avenue on Detroit’s west side. A bullet was found with the remains, and the Wayne County Medical Examiner determined the cause of death to be a gunshot wound to the head, ruling it a homicide.
