On a Sunday evening in Detroit, what began as a routine stop at a gas station tragically became the final moments for Paul Ross. The 35-year-old African-American man was simply at the wrong place at the wrong time on September 24, 2017. As he was inside a vehicle at the station, gunfire erupted from an unrelated dispute nearby.
