On a summer evening in Ypsilanti, Michigan, the life of 22-year-old Andre Smith was tragically cut short. The young man was at a pool party at an apartment complex on Spinnaker Way on July 26, 2019, when gunfire erupted. The gathering, which was also reportedly the scene of a music video shoot, was attended by a large crowd of people. In the midst of the party, Smith was struck by multiple gunshots.
