Francesca ‘Frankie’ Alyce Marks, a 30-year-old mother of seven, tragically lost her life on August 5, 2019, in Detroit, Michigan. Frankie was attending a barbecue at Rouge Park near Plymouth and Burt with her children, nieces, and nephews when an argument on a nearby basketball court escalated into violence.
