In the autumn of 1980, the city of Detroit was gripped by a series of brutal killings. It was during this time that the life of 23-year-old Cecilia Marie Knott was tragically cut short. On November 7, 1980, her nude body was discovered in the northwest area of the city. A sweater was found wrapped around her neck, and it was apparent she had been stabbed to death.
