DeAngelo Haggen, a 29-year-old man from Detroit, Michigan, was tragically shot and killed on November 1, 2019. The incident occurred in the parking lot of Club Celebrity Bar & Grill, located on Plymouth Road near Hubbell on Detroit's west side. According to reports, Haggen had gone to the restaurant with some friends. An argument that began inside the establishment escalated outside, leading to the fatal shooting in the parking lot.
