In what would become her final moments, 20-year-old India Mackey turned on her phone's camera, not to capture a cherished memory, but to document the menacing actions of her boyfriend. It was November 19, 2019, just a day after her birthday, and an argument with 18-year-old Kevin Dixon inside a van in Warren, Michigan, was escalating to a terrifying point.
