Cindy Poff, a 53-year-old resident of Warren, Michigan, was tragically killed on December 22, 2019. The incident occurred at the Williamsburg East Apartments, where Cindy lived. According to reports, Cindy was shot multiple times in an execution-style manner by her 75-year-old neighbor, Richard Maska. The shooting was the culmination of a long-standing feud between the two neighbors. Maska believed that Cindy was attempting to poison him with Draino, a claim that was never substantiated.
