On the east side of Detroit, a tragic scene unfolded on January 20, 2020, at the intersection of Waltham and Eastwood. Demarco Armstrong, a 31-year-old Black/African American male, and his cousin, Allen Armstrong, were discovered inside a black Chevrolet Impala that had crashed into a chain-link fence.
