On a tragic spring morning in Detroit, the lives of two young men were cut short in an act of violence. Anthony Dwayne Beavers Jr., a 29-year-old man from River Rouge, was discovered deceased on April 4, 2020. He was found in the passenger seat of a sedan located at the intersection of Keeler and Appoline Streets. Alongside him in the driver's seat was 27-year-old Raymond Williams of Ecorse; both men had sustained fatal gunshot wounds.
