In the summer of 2020, a young man's life was abruptly cut short on a street in Lansing, Michigan. Dhanthan Amadi-Devoe Boggan Jr., a 19-year-old male, was fatally shot on June 3, 2020. The incident unfolded in the 900 block of Johnson Avenue, where an argument escalated into deadly violence. Boggan was struck by gunfire during the dispute and was quickly transported to a local hospital for his injuries. Despite medical efforts, he succumbed to his wounds.
