Jeremy Porter, an 18-year-old African American male from Fort Pierce, Florida, tragically lost his life on April 23, 2020. The incident occurred around 2:00 PM when 911 dispatchers received a call reporting a gunshot. Upon arrival at the scene on Fra Mar Place, deputies found Jeremy Porter deceased from a single gunshot wound. Jeremy was a recent father, having welcomed a baby just a month prior to his untimely death.
