Martell Deon-Daajon Phillips, a 23-year-old resident of Grand Rapids, Michigan, tragically lost his life on July 15, 2020. The incident occurred around 2:15 p.m. near Wealthy Street and Diamond Avenue SE. According to reports, Phillips was shot and killed in what has been described as a senseless act of violence.
