In the spring of 2021, the life of 29-year-old Kelsey Coon-Lennon, a female resident of Lansing, Michigan, was tragically cut short. On May 1, 2021, police discovered the bodies of Coon-Lennon and her 39-year-old boyfriend, Harley Owens, in their home. Both had been fatally shot. The grim discovery was made after officers responded to a report of a shooting. In the initial days of the investigation, no arrests were made, leaving a sense of uncertainty hanging over the case.
