In the quiet city of Lansing, Michigan, a tragedy unfolded that cut short the life of Christine Marie Cambric, a 53-year-old woman. On the evening of April 18, 2024, she, along with 50-year-old Jason Deon McKenzie, was found deceased inside a residence located on the 500 block of Woodrow Avenue. Both had been fatally shot in what police would later describe as a domestic situation that had escalated to a devastating conclusion.
