In the early morning hours of June 21, 2021, the life of 31-year-old Devonte Dequan-Marsuan Pitts-Davis was tragically cut short in his hometown of Flint, Michigan. A Black/African American male known affectionately to friends and family as 'Vonnie' or 'Dee,' Pitts-Davis was remembered for a vibrant personality and deep dimples that could light up any room.
