In the summer of 2021, the life of Tyree Niko Fisher, a 22-year-old Black/African American man from Detroit, Michigan, was tragically cut short. Born on July 30, 1999, Tyree was a young man who was described as always being a happy person, someone who didn't show his emotions around his family.
