Ciera Wells, a 20-year-old woman from Detroit, Michigan, tragically lost her life on March 21, 2022, in a case of mistaken identity. On that day, Ciera, her mother, and her 11-year-old sister were driving to a local store to buy fruit when they were caught in a hail of gunfire.
