Dajour Russ, a 22-year-old resident of Detroit, Michigan, tragically lost his life on July 2, 2022, while working his first day as a DoorDash delivery driver. The incident occurred around 8 p.m. in the 1700 block of Bagley Street in Detroit's Corktown neighborhood. According to reports, Russ had exited his vehicle to deliver food when he was shot by an unknown assailant in a passing vehicle.
