Daryll Straughter, a 48-year-old security guard from Detroit, Michigan, tragically lost his life on April 15, 2023, while working at Athens Liquor store in Detroit's Greektown neighborhood. Straughter, who was born on January 30, 1975, was known as a beloved figure in the community and a staple of downtown Detroit.
