Chayne Lee, a 28-year-old resident of Detroit, Michigan, tragically lost his life on August 28, 2022, during a shooting spree that shocked the community. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, around 4:45 a.m., in the 19880 block of Wyoming. Lee was shot multiple times by Dontae Smith, who continued to fire even after Lee had fallen to the ground. Lee's lifeless body was later discovered lying in the doorway of a church.
