Phillip Lee, a 30-year-old resident of Jackson, Mississippi, tragically lost his life on June 14, 2014. The incident occurred when Lee was shot while sitting inside a vehicle on Ellis Avenue. According to reports, Sarrah Brown was identified as the perpetrator. She fired a single shot from a STRM Ruger 9899MM Caliber Pistol, which struck Lee in the right eye, leading to his immediate death.
